Touchstone Mental Health is a nonprofit center that provides quality programs to assure people living with mental illness can enjoy the highest quality of life. This new facility combines offices for staff, group environment spaces, meeting rooms, a full commercial kitchen, and a 40-unit apartment building.

The multi-use center offers state of the art construction specifically designed as a healing environment to enhance health and wellness for adults 18 and older with serious and persistent mental illness. Rising Cedar Apartments offers 24-hour Customized Living services where the design of each apartment has been developed to meet the specific needs of individuals living with mental illness. Units offer light and privacy, support safety & community integration, and easy access to healing gardens, exercise rooms, community rooms and computer/resource areas. Utilities, telephone, cable TV and internet have been given special concern and design.
