Low Voltage Project Manager 

 Multi-Family/Commercial

 Responsibilities: 

• Holds responsibility for project success, including: 
  
  • Define final project scope to satisfy customer’s needs.  Provide solutions when scope gaps exist. 
  • Actively monitor project timeline. 
  • Establish project budgets for material and labor. 
  • Manage and control project costs and income. 
  • Ensure completion of all project documentation. 
• Assist with and perform bids as needed. 
• Ensure work is being completed to Company’s standards. 
• Maintain open and clear, daily communication with field staff and clients. 

 Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Project Management or Field Equivalent Experience 
• 2 Year AAS Degree or Field Equivalent Experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Aligns with the Company’s Core Values
• Strong Organizational, Planning and Time Management Skills
• Strong Managerial and Leadership Skills
• Moderate Computer Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Processes a valid Motor vehicle license and safe Driving Record
• Passes a Drug Screening
